About The Hall

Bishop Wilton Hall, built in 2010 on the site of the old clubroom, came to life thanks to a group of passionate volunteers. They secured Lottery funding and laid the groundwork for how the Hall still runs today, by and for the community.

Located at the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds in a village of 550 people, the Hall serves not only Bishop Wilton but also nearby areas such as Fangfoss, Millington, and Pocklington, reaching a wider community of over 16,000.

The Hall is a modern, versatile space designed to bring people together. It features a 140m² main hall, meeting rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, changing rooms with showers, and accessible toilets. Outside, there are football and cricket pitches, floodlit tennis and netball courts, a children’s playground, an outdoor gym, and five-a-side football.
